The Vizio M220NV LED TV is a 22-inch  LED HDTV featuring 1080p resolution, VIA™ – VIZIO Internet Apps™,  built-in WiFi,  and Razor LED-Direct Type LED Backlight Technology.  The M220NV is one of very few 22-inch 1080p LED HDTVs on the market and can be used as a PC monitor as well.  Connectivity includes 2 HDMI inputs.

A new version of this TV-the Vizio M221NV is available with the addition of the ambient lighting to adjust the pictures according to the lighting condition of the room.

Vizio Internet Apps and built-in WiFi allow the easy access of some of the best internet content to your HDTV without mess wires.  Vizio streaming media includes Netflix, Amazon video on demand and Vudu video; music services such as Rhapsody  and Pandora.  However, there is no Youtube and it does not offer streaming of your own music, photos, and video via a home network (DLNA) or USB stick. Vizio says it will add this function during the holiday season of 2010.

Vizio apps include Yahoo widgets, Facebook, Twitter, Picasa and Flickr, Weather, News, Sports and Stocks.  But it does not have Skype.

Many Amazon customers comment on the great picture quality and extensive Internet service of this LED TV.  However, just like many other small size LCD TVs, the sound is poor.  You need to connect it to external speakers to get good sound.
