Samsung PN58B860 is Samsung’s new plasma HDTV model with the ultra slim design, which you have to pay a premium for it.  The picture quality is great but the sound is only fair.  If money is not an issue and you prefer the slim design, this is the one for you.  In most cases, it is better off to get the Samsung PN58B650 (please read Samsung PN58B650 best deal and reviews).

For 58-inch HDTV, the best viewing distance is 7.3-14.5 feet. Samsung PN58B860 is great for family rooms and living rooms.
