THE GOOD: Relatively inexpensive for a TV with a 240Hz refresh rate effect; accurate color; can separate antiblurring and dejudder functions;
THE BAD: Produces light black levels; somewhat uneven screen uniformity;
THE BOTTOM LINE: Toshiba ZV650U series is still one of the better values among TVs with a 240Hz effect.
