The Sony Bravia KDL-46HX800 is the Sony’s low end 3D LED TV featuring Full HD 1080p with 3D, Dynamic Edge-lit LED backlight with local dimming technology, 240Hz refresh rate, Bravia Engine 3, Bravia Internet video and DLNA certified. Connectivity includes 4 HDMI inputs and a PC input.
3D In Full HD 1080p allows you to enjoy life-like scenes that literally jump out of the screen. When viewed through the active shutter glasses (sold separately), the on-screen image is precisely synchronized and delivered with the Full HD image intact, for an optimum 3D viewing experience. The required 3D Sync Transmitter and 3D active glasses need to be purchased separately.
The Bravia Internet video is Sony version of the Internet TV, that can stream a wide variety of movies, TV episodes, videos and music from a large selection of entertainment apps including: Netflix®, YouTube™, Slacker®. You can select information apps to your screen to access the latest local news, weather, sports headlines and Twitter® updates.
With the USB input you can share your home videos or photos on the big screen or listen to your favorite music. Simply connect your digital camera, USB-enabled MP3 player, or USB storage device directly to your HDTV’s USB input.
DLNA® compatible allows the easy access and share photos, videos and music that are stored on your DLNA® – server compatible devices. You can transfer the DLNA Certified® BRAVIA HX800 HD television into your entertainment hub. Using the TV’s easy-to-use xross media bar™ (xmb™) navigation system and your home network, you can stream videos, photos and music stored on your DLNA Certified computer or other DLNA compliant devices such as PlayStation®3 gaming console, directly to your BRAVIA HDTV.
