The Samsung UN65C8000 is a 65-inch 3D TV featuring built-in 3D processor and 2D to 3D conversion system; Edge-lit LED backlight with Seamless Dimming technology; 240Hz refresh rate; built-in Ethernet connection with Samsung Internet@TV support and Samsung Apps.

The upgraded Internet@TV feature includes Samsung Apps, providing a selection of content and applications from leading services like Accedo Broadband, AccuWeather.com, The Associated Press, Blockbuster, Fashion TV, Netflix, Picasa, Pandora, Rovi, Travel Channel, Twitter, USA TODAY, and Vudu.

According to Crave, SamsungUNC7000 series and Samsung UNC8000 series will have Skype video and voice-calling options. Panasonic 3D plasma HDTV VT25 series and LG LED HDTVs also have Skype capabilities.

Many users of Samsung UN55C8000 are very happy with the picture quality and there is no flash-lighting associated with Samsung UNC7000 series. Most likely, Samsung UN65C8000 will be very similar with the Samsung UN55C8000.

Samsung UN65C8000 is one of the four models in Samsung UNC8000 series 3D LED HDTVs. Samsung will launch three series of 3D LED HDTVs in 2010: Samsung UNC9000 series, Samsung UNC8000 series and Samsung UNC7000 series. Samsung UN40C7000 , UN46C7000 and UN55C7000 will be available for shipping on April 16, 2010. But you have to order the 3D glasses for $150 separately.
