Not in every scene, but in an awful lot of them that you would not expect. I have played with some of the settings but have not been able to figure it out. I guess it is a Samsung-specific artifact. On live TV, on BLURay, on normal DVD you name it. Getting the runaround from Samsung. Any ideas why this is? It was supposed to be a great TV. BUMMER.
