After you bought your LCD TV, you might want to know how you can connect your PC to your LCD TV:
- Check your LCD TV to see which kind of PC input it has. For example, the Samsung LN52A650 has a VGA PC input.
- Get a VGA cable if the LCD TV has a VGA input. Connect one end of a VGA cable ($10 at amazon for a 10 ft VGA cable) to the LCD TV and the other end to your PC
- If your LCD TV does not have a VGA input, get a DVI to HDMI cable or VGA to RCA component video cable. Most of laptop only has VGA output. But desktops have both DVI and VGA outputs. If you use your laptop to connect a LCD TV which does not have VGA input, then you will need a VGA to RCA cable.
- If your LCD TV does not have VGA input, use VGA to RCA cable to connect VGA end to laptop and RCA component cable to LCD TV.
- If your PC has a DVI, use DVI-HDMI cable to connect your PC using DVI end and connect LCD TV using the HDMI end.
- Adjust the resolution of the LCD TV in control panel-display
- Connect the audio output on PC to the audio input on the TV using a 3.5 mm cable ($6.8 at amazon for a 6 feet cable)
- Use the LCD TV in the same way as you use an external monitor.

I have a problem. I used to conect my computer with LCD Toshiba by VGA cabel. I could watch on the LCD but for some days ago when I tried to conect my PC to LCD it stopped to work. I could only read on the LCD “no PC input”. Do you have any idea on what I can do…
The only thing I can think of is to active the LCD TV at control panel: extend the display to the second monitor and adjust the resolution. Good luck Dragan,Please let me know how it goes.
