Canon offers $170 instant rebate on digital SLR system purchases from Feb 14 to Mar 13, 2010.  The rebate form can be downloaded here.

There are three offers:

Canon Rebel XS + Canon EF-S 18-55mm IS lens kit  $569.99-$70 savings = $499.99

Canon Rebel XS + Canon EF-S 18-55mm IS lens kit  + Canon EF75-300mm f/4-5.6 = $569.99 + $199.99-$170 savings = $599.98

Canon Rebel XS + Canon EF-S 18-55mm IS lens kit + Canon EF55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS = $569.99 + $299.99-$170 savings = $699.98
